Pricing

All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling. When checking out, WorldPay will give you the option of converting this to US dollars or Euros at the current rate of exchange.
All prices are shown excluding VAT. For purchasers in the UK or within the European Union, VAT will be added automatically at the applicable rate.

Member's Discount

All Members are entitled to 10% discount on any item purchased from the JBIFC Online Store.
When you proceed to ckeckout you will be given the opportunity to log in if you haven't already done so. Your discount will then be shown in your shopping basket.

Shipping

We endevour to ship all goods as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 28 days. If we have problems supplying a particular product we will contact you by email.
Overseas purchases are shipped by airmail.

Returns

If the goods have been damaged during delivery, or appear to be faulty in any way upon delivery, please send us an email by clicking here or call us on +44 (0)1347 878837 within 48 hours.
When returning goods, please send them well boxed and in their original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of original delivery. The refund will be credited to the card used for purchase.
This does not in any way affect your statutory rights under UK law.
